Are you asking about how many /22s can be obtained from a /21? If so, two.
Are you asking about how many /22 can be added to a network already using two /21s? If so, generally as many that are available from unused allocatable address space.
I actually meant if i could add one more /22 while i am already using two /22 on my network. I am thankful that you have answered that already. But somehow i am unable to advertise /22 on my network.
Well normally, as previously noted, you should be able to advertise another /22.
