No-buffer drops?

I have implemented DiffServ ( LLQ queuing) on a serial interface. When congestion occurs, the statistics "no-buffer drops" appears. What is the meaning? (buffers seems not to be faulty).

Thanks

Class-map: gold (match-all)

3062 packets, 4386312 bytes

30 second offered rate 89000 bps, drop rate 1000 bps

Match: ip dscp af11 af12 af13

Queueing

Output Queue: Conversation 41

Bandwidth 28 (kbps) Max Threshold 12 (packets)

(pkts matched/bytes matched) 3047/4366664

(depth/total drops/no-buffer drops) 7/123/5

The no buffer counter increments when the interface fails to obtain a buffer for an incoming packet. More information can be found at this URL http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/650/41.html
