A few web sites which are 30 hops away from my gateway routers are not visible from clinet m/c. This has been verified by trace command. Now what can be done to solve this.

The 30 hops limitation is the trace TTL command limitation. What unreachability you are saying about, while tracing do you get any "*" below 30 hops?
