PA-4T interface Qn

hi

I have a PA-4T adapter in my 7206 router, i need to upgrade my current Capacity to 8Mbps, and from the CCO docs, it mentions that each of the interfaces can do full duplex E2 speeds i.e 8mbps. If this is right, how do i configure the interface to do this
