Hi there !
As I am loosing some TCP/IP cnxs between remote cable workstations and a set of W2K servers, I would like to trace the TCP/IP flow on the access CMTS (uBR7246) for a specific MAC address (if not, for a specific IP although it is more difficult as it is dynamic).
Someone told me that it was possible to command the uBR to do wire tapping on a specific mac address and send the trace to a specific IP. If this is true how can I do it ?? If not, are there any suggestions ??
Thanks/Brgds

Wiretap Support is a cable CMTS feature that is supported on the Cisco CMTS universal broadband routers. This feature offers an interception (wire tapping) mechanism such that user-to-user traffic within a single CMTS can be captured to meet requirements in countries where regulatory issues mandate a method by which law enforcement agencies can view all traffic to and from an individual subscriber.
