Are you asking how you can run three wan connections simultaneously?
Reading the product brochure, it sounds like you have two wan ports and can reconfigure up to 5 more ports to act as wan ports.
That's a total of 7 wan ports. Sounds like you're good on that front. Are you asking how to do it?

On page 88, it says:
For Cisco RV016 only, choose the number of WAN ports from the drop-down list,
or keep the default number, 2. If you change the number, save your settings. (You
can also change the number of WAN ports by using the Setup > Network page.)
It may get you started in case someone else doesn't answer.
