Prioritizing Dialer Profiles

Hi All

I have many dialer profiles bound to a BRI int, how would I prioritize which dialer profile gets service? ...also if the bri was in use and a call came in on a dialer profile that had a higher priority, would it cut off the call on the dialer profile with a lower priority.

Which way you want to have your dialer profiles? Dialer profiles are generally configured based on Remote-name OR Called number etc..

Explain more about the implementation of it.

We have a similar problem with one of our customer.

There are 2 BRI int that provide a disaster recovery link; meanwhile they use them for normal dial-in access.

How can we get down a dial-in remote call to initiate the outgoing urgent call?
