These are normal messages about router hardware and do not indicate any problem.

In generaly I am confuse with message Main memory is configured to 64 bit mode with parity disabled, this message is OK????, but why is not received before, the first time when I received message is when I back CF and SDRAM memory in my router

Not all systems print the same messages. Or maybe you do not remember exacly what it was printing before.
As indicated above, all is normal and you do not have to worry.
