Problem with NAT in 6509

I have a 6509 that is configured for NAT, however when I run sh ip nat trans nothing shows up.  If i do an nslookup from a client and then do sh ip nat trans I can see the udp translation take place but if I try to go out to the internet no translation takes place.  I'm at a loss as to why it seems the 6509 is not translating tcp traffic.  Does anyone have any ideas?

This kind of problems can hardly be solved without detailed insight in the config.

Post the config plus the output of sh module and sh ver.
