Questions on Ethernet Jumbo Frames

I've some questions about jumbo operation in my mind:

1.What about communication between hosts with and without jumbo configuration sitting in the same vlan?

2.What about communication between hosts with and without jumbo config on different vlans? Supposing these vlans connected via an 6500.

Thanks for your reply. Let's suppose this scenario:

Host A with MTU 9000 set, connected to a switchport jumbo enabled. Host B MTU 1500, on an vlan other than Host B.Those vlans ended on a 6500. What aboutthis communication? What may go wrong?
