radius with microsoft IAS

if you install microsofts radius server (IAS) on a domain can you have users in that domain use their domain credentials to login to a router?

Yes.

They can use the username and password.

Make sure you leave open backup ways to get into the router if the Microsoft server would go down or anything that would affect communication.
