Redundant LAN connections

I have two Catalyst 6513 switches connected by a two gigabit ethernet port channel trunk port. VLAN 5 exits on both switches. I have 4 routers connected to switch A on VLAN 5 and 3 routers connected to switch B on VLAN 5. Because, this routers are backbone routers i need to have all routers connected to both switches on VLAN 5 so if one switch fails i don´t loose any router. How can i have a backup or standby interface on VLAN 5 on the second switch? or, what other options may i have?

The best solution would really be to create another VLAN for the secondary links and then let dynamic routing (such as OSPF or EIGRP) take care of the rest. It's very simple to configure.
