Remote Access on Switch Supervisor

Hi, I would like to know, if there is any possibility to connect in a Switch Supervisor (Cat 5000, 4000), by a PC with Hyper Terminal, dial up in a modem and connect directly through console port, or another port, if applicable???

Obs: A router in the middle is not applicable, I need to connect directly on switch.

Any help is welcome.
