I am trying to distribute a new version of IOS to a 7204VXR. However RME does not detect the router's flash disk and therefore fails it's check with insufficient flash.
I looked at Bug Watcher and found a similar bug (CSCdr95664) which relates to RME 3.1 and the bug is closed.
Does anybody know about this problem - is there a workaround?

Looking at the bug, I believe that this is a problem more with the IOS itself and not with the RME 3.3. Have you tried using RME 3.4?

I don't have RME3.4 at the moment - it's on order and should be with me in two or three weeks.
I upgraded one of my routers to 12.1.15 which is a GD release but RME cannot locate any files in flash. Maybe I will try a non ATA flash card (which was supplied by Cisco with the router) in the router so that it uses SLOT0: instead of DISK0:
