Router Booting Continuously

Hi All , 

I have Cisco 2801 Router and continuously Rebooting after IOS image Upgrade ,  Below are the console Logs ...

          I have attached the console logs . 

   Please Advise

The listings contain a good clue:

SYSTEM INIT: INSUFFICIENT MEMORY TO BOOT THE IMAGE!

I would collect what information I could as specified in the log entries, and open a case with the Cisco TAC.
