I have an application that I need to source address NAT at upto 10Mbps all packet sizes. Can you confirm which router platform would support this without maxing out CPU (say above 80%). Would a 3700 be OK? The router would be dedicted to doing NAT - no routing other traffic or large routing tables etc.
Thanks for your help.

The packet rate would be a better pointer than the bit rate. Like what packet rate (peak) are you expecting?

10mbps = 14,800 packets per second at 64 bytes.

Well, all the packets can be 64 bytes in real situation. But, considering that packet rate, I won't recommend anything less a 7200-NPE-G1
