Routers for DSL network

We have a wireless connection between 2 plants located over 10 miles apart this connection also connects to the internet via a third party. Have simple netgear RO318 routers in place now with allow for internet hookup. I need to connect both networks via this wireless connection is there a router solution? would like to have seamless logon for either server from either location.
