RSM - ResourceException problem

We have a switched network with Cat 5500 running on both, the 12 floors and on the 2 backbone switches. The backbone is collapsed and each Cat 5500 switch has the RSM. We are running LMS 2.1 for monitoring and started getting the following messages this morning:

InCharge Domain : DFM RSM RSM-172.21.72.1-10 ResourceException - System is experiencing resource problems, e.g., CPU or memory problems.

InCharge Domain : DFM RSM RSM-172.21.72.1-10 OperationalException - This system or the components of this system are not functioning properly

These are the only two messages we have received this morning. I also brought up the DFM and did not see any error messages in it. Telnetting into the RSM did not show any error messages either and no complain from the users so far.

Can anybody please tell me what other testings I can do to shed the light on this problem?

Is this DFM 1.2?. If so, then install the DFM 1.2 IDU 1.2.4 Patch from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-dfm

explains the Operational Exception faults in detail from DFM stand point.
