show config exec level 1 not showing the config

hello, my router running isr4300-universalk9.17.03.03.SPA.bin, not showing the config file although configured to do so. its 3d after reboot.

...privilege exec level 1 show configuration

the primary router is the same type, ios & configuration but the config appears there. 

ideas please?

  - Try show running-config , if that does not work , then you may need a higher privilege level.
