Just based on the picture I selected the Data processing centre switch to be the root, because it should be a robust switch to support the kind of traffic received and forward from this area. Also the data is not sensitive like the voice.
But in a real life it could not be the best election. You always should be aligned to a network model: 3 layered model or 2 layered model or collpased model, where your distribution layer should handled the spanning tree processes not access switches, server farm switches either.

Part of your decision would likely be based on platforms and link capacities.
As Julio already described, you would probably want the root in your DC. Additionally the link you might want to block is the one between marketing and phone centre.
