Supervisor engine 720 memory problem in 6509E switch

Normally super visor engine comes with default memory rt?if yes pls tell me is it 128MB or 256 MB.

or do we need to order additional memory for that

please help

Sup720 - PFC3a or PFC3b have 512MB

Sup720 - PFC3-BXL have 1GB
