Switches and routers recommendation for a call center

Hello to all

We are looking to set up 2 call centers, each in different cities, both will use ip voice 

one call center will have 250 phone operators, and the other one will have 150 phone operators

Which routers and switches would someone recommend to use?

2.  What is the WAN link per site?

We are looking at 50mb for the site with 150 phone operators, we are still not sure about the other one, as always budget is tight
