T1 'available bandwidth'

I have noticed on some "sh serial" output "Available bandwidth 692" What does this "Available bandwidth" refer to?

Hi,...No, i think this value (692) is administrative, this is use for routing protocols, but is set by network manager...

if you refer at BW on output show interface serial 0 command, this value is administrative Ok???...
