Hi..Im Ramesh
i need to know how to put a time based access for internet with my bri router to connect to my HO and chk mails.
i need the configuration for time-range.. Like every 1 hour it will conncet for 15 mints and automatically disconnect(to save ISDN bills ).
plz help me out..

I think time-based ACL is what you are looking for.

he is correct you have to define interesting traffic with an access list. for example create your access list:
access-list 101 deny ospf any any
access-list 101 permit ip any any
under your bri interface define the dialer group which points to the access list: dialer-group 1
then in global mode add the cmd: dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 101
now the bri interface will stay up only if ip traffic is passing and ospf wont reset the idle timer
