Hi,everyone
I have a client who is a present for Broadcast TV University(many students can study at home instead of sitting in the teaching room through network video from this University in China).A 10 G campus network that border is a 100M optical connected to Internet was built last year. Generally, there are 30,000 students to access concurrently the teaching web and 6,000 of them also
to open video for studying. Now,the teaching web and the video run very unsteadily ,e.g. the speed accessing the teaching web and video is so slow that it can impact teaching.
which aspects should i analyse the problem from?
thank you!

I guess, you'd divide and conquer.
Are you having physical problems? do you see any errors? is there any other problem on this network? what are the link utilization? what is the load and reliability rates on your interfaces?
there're really a large number of options.
Try to isolate the problem.
