Hi,
Can i upgrade a WS-X4012 Hw : 2.4 from CatOS to IOS?
WS-C4003 Software, Version NmpSW: 7.1(2)
if not, where can i find the last CatOS sw version to download?

You cannot upgrade to IOS on Sup1. The latest CAT OS can be downloaded from
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cat4000

Cat4000 Sup I does not support IOS.
Download latest CatOS from
