User Tracking stuck on Discovery

I am running LMS 2.1 RME 3.4 and CM 3.2 on a WIN2K server. Ever since

SP3 is installed, User Tracking was stucked on discovery non-stop.

I did net stop crmdmgtd, run reinitdb script with -restore, run dbpasswd script to force a password for ani db, did net start crmdmgtd, went into User Track, its still in 'Discovery' mode. Is there a way to stop the discovery or does it really doing the discovery ? Any help is apprecaited. Thanks/Elsie

Try this thread from Feb 12th. I had the same problem and it fixed it.

I reviewed this and tried. Didn't work for my site. We run Win2K with SP3.
