We have enabled Medianet on our N/W infrastructure along with the EX60 end points. In addition installed PCM to capture the logs and details of the Medianet traces.
On the PCM, we are able to discover, manage the endpoints. However the MSI status and the end points status does not appear. Any help towards this will be of great help.
Just a note that we have all the version compatibilities checked on the Switch, Router, EX60

Hi Sukesh,
Can you please the version of Cisco Prime Collaboration, and the EX60s? Just want to make sure that you are on not just on supported versions, but also exposure to defects.
Thanks.

hi Sukesh,
1. Have you put in the MSI credentials on the Device Work Centec (DWC) > Manage Credentials ?
2. If yes, please run a verify on the credential profile by putting in the ip_addr of the endpoint.
3. If the credential verification passes then go to the DWC > Click on the widget with dropdown on the top right of the table and cilck the column "Mediatrace Role" to display the column in the table. If the column is already visible then you dont have to do anything.
4. What is the "Mediatrace Role" status for the endpoint ? If the credentials are working then it should display "Mediatrace Initiator". If it doesn't make sure you put in the msi creds and rediscover the endpoint. LMK if you still have any issues.
