What parts of a cisco hardware is covered by Smartnet? For example: If I have Smartnet on all my routers (2600) and at a later time added additional WIC cards. If the WIC cards fail, would that still be covered by Smartnet?
form my experience ..no ..each part you add or take away has to be added or taken away form the contract....cisco have said to me before that they won`t replace non-contracted cards....and only support/replace parts within the terms of the contract
