Hello all,
I have to upgrade my 3750X switch from IP base to IP services
so, searching on the internet, I figured out there are 2 options.
Please see the below captured photo which is from CISCO web site.
Which one should I buy for upgrading and what's the difference between two?
Regards,
SK.

The factory licence is ordered at the same time as the switch, and installed at the factory. You can't use this option.
The paper licence takes ages, and results in the licence being sent to you on a bit of paper.
The e-Licence is the quickest. The licence gets emailed to you.
If you have just the one switch please also check out the cost of getting a 3850 enterprise edition. The 3850 is the replacement for the 3750, and the ip base to ip service upgrades licences are expensive. I would hate to think you could have paid a little bit more and have gotten a whole new switch.
If you deal with a Cisco partner they can also use the CTMP program, which lets you trade in your 3750 against a 3850, which would make the upgrade even cheaper.

Cisco 3850 model comparison.

Note all the models that end in -E ship with "IP Services".
