Hi Dears ,
i m very confusing to understand that why Downlink is taken in a office ,
Allow this the Dial_up Modem or ISDN line is doing the uplinking and downlinking ....
our dial up modem that is used in home both perform the uplink and downlink
plz guided me in this .. .

At home, dial-up modem is the best alternative. But if you take at office, there are a lot of factors to consider like billing with asymmetric traffic. For office use, dial-up may not be sufficient with regards to bandwidth and ISDN is costly affair. So, then you want to go to provider, which may provide asymmetric connectivity which costs less and reliable.
