3500 software loading

Thank you in advanced.

I have a 3500 gigabit switch that is showing me a bunch of "CCCC" @ 9600 baud rate and a bunch of "BBBBB" @ 2400.

I can not stop the display at all. I did try other bound rates and it is still not stopping the "CCCC" display. The switch is connected to another switch at L2, no trunking or spanningtree enabled.

Can any one tell me what to do. I can not restarted becase I servers and other switches connected to it.

Please advise.
