3745 router CONFIG_RESOLVE_FAILURE

In trying to resolve an email routing issue I turned logging on for a 3745 router. Later I looked in the log and I see this over and over: Jan 14 01:22:34.392: %SYS-4-CONFIG_RESOLVE_FAILURE: System config parse from (tftp://255.255.255.255/rcchnhu2.cfg) failed. I checked other 3745 in our network and this is in their log as well. ??? Thanks

Try "no service config" in global configuration mode.
