You did not state wheter the problem arose out of the blue or after an upgrade. There are several options:

1: Insuffucient RAM to run this image.

2: Corrupted image in flash

3: Hardware problems.

To alleviate the problem, verify your system requirements, eventually re-enter the image in flash or .. feel free to post additional info when it does not work out.
