Having trouble getting a 6500 to boot correctly . It appears to be trying to netboot the image . The conf register looks ok to me at 0x102 . Trying to boot an image out of slot0: . How do I turn off netboot , can't seem to find the commands anywhere . Eventually it goes into bootloader mode at router>boot . To me the boot statements also look correct when you look at the config . What is the command to turn off netbooting . Have seen it before but can't seem to locate it now ?

What does your boot statements show in your config? Should be two, boot system and boot bootldr.

It appears that this was actually a bug in the version we were using 12.1.13E5 where it would not boot up without at least 1 vlan in the up condition . I have since gotten this ironed out and have downloaded new code and put new boot statements and everything looks good now . We had stripped the config so consequently we did not have any vlans up so it would not load from sup-slot0: without a vlan up/up .
