automatic provisioning/configure cisco routers

looking for a tool/function to automatically provision/configure a pool  of hub routers. Have a hub/spoke scenario, where the  spokes are configured, but the hub interfaces (facing the spokes) is not  (we don't know which interface the spokes accesses). Based on spoke, a  specific configuration need to be provisioned to the hub router (global  and interface). Any ideas?

You may want to try using an EEM TCL script for this.  Not sure how often you could use such a script after developing, but EEM can do many complex tasks.  Questions on EEM and TCL are best anwsered in the NMS community.
