Bandwidth measurement

Hi,

We have a fractional T-3 (18Mb) and we're thinking about bringing in one of our subsidiary's online systems in-house and hosting it for them. How can I measure their bandwidth utilization for billing purposes? It doesn't have to be exact, an average would work just fine. I've never done anything like this before so any help would be appreciated. our infrastructure is basically, dual 6509s, dual PIX 525 and 7206 router to the Internet.

you can use Cisco Works for SNMP stat polling or MRTG

How do I separate traffic going to a certain VLAN though vs. overall bandwidth coming through my Internet router?
