I just purchased another T1 from second ISP for backup and if possible do some kind of load balance. What kind of new hardware am I going to need to accomplish this? Do I need an AS number? What do I need to do to get this to work?????
What I have now.
1 1720 with 1 T1 WIC (Current Sprint T1)
1 PIX 518E 3 interfaces
New T1 with a Direct Ethernet connection

It looks like what I want to do is Load Sharing Multihomed with 2 different ISPs whith one local router.
Questions:
What model of router should I use for this?
What is the difference between load sharing and load balance?
