Campus manager cant view Firewall module DMZs

I have a Cisco works machine which is in the outside dmz of a firewall module . All the departments are defined on the dmzs of the module starting from the inside , the problem is that Cisco works machine can not view any information about other dmzs in the firewall module ,

I add the Cisco works machine in the firewall module configuration , but still doesn’t work any suggestions

Try a trace to the DMZ. If connectivity is fine, the issue is probably with the firewall blocking traffic that needs to pass through.
