Can't log into Packet Tracer 7.3 on Mac OS Catalina

Has anybody else had issues logging into Packet Tracer 7.3 on Mac? Whenever I enter my netacad credentials the login page will just sit at with the circle and say Redirecting to you to your organization... I have let it sit here for a couple of hours and it does nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions for a fix. I have unistalled and reinstalled to no avail.

not sure if that will help you but some1 has tried following :

go to Net academy page, if you register there, change your password to the same as this one if u can. if not, change it anyway;  if you not register at Net Academy, register with same username /password same as this site.

note: u can use PT as guest mode with 3 saves;  Or open existing PT file, close registration window, when ask to save your work, click Cancel on pop-up window, Main PT window should stay open. Now you can make changes or open new file.
