CNA version is 7.5(6)
router: Cisco 2951
error: unable to connect
are able to connect to other switches, such as 2970
questions:
1. is there any configuration needs to be done to connect to 2951 though CNA?
2. is 2951 supported device in CNA?

There is a requirement that the configuration enable the GUI for remote access. If you would post the router config we can see if this is the case. It is also possible that there is an issue with authentication. When you attempt to connect do you receive a prompt? Do you receive any error message?

do u mean a configuration on every switch & Router that needs to be able viewed by CNA? is the CLI standard or depends on the model? can u pls post the CLI here or direct me to the proper link? thx.
