Can we link to a device inside Prime from another application?

Cisco Prime is our real time inventory of all the gear we have here to support our network.

We would like to have a simple way to capture a hyperlink to a device details page that is NOT 1000 characters long?

We would like to embed the hyperlink in another application to allow our techs to have a "1 clik" solution to get to the real time data within Prime.

Currently any link that we can pull from prime is a very, very long text string that exceeds the link field size in our other application.

Thoughts?

Personall i have not done it, but there is PI API which you can use.
