I've next message during boot-

PCMCIA slot0 device is not initialized

trouble reading device magic number
boot: cannot open "disk0:"
boot: cannot determine first file name on device "disk0:"
Exit at the end of BOOT string
rommon 1 >
rommon 1 > dir disk0:

How to resolve it?
