Hello PPN,
To purchase all of the equipment that you would need to practice the skills for CCNP Data Center woudl be costly for your budget. However there are few stuff which can be helpful for preparation.
If you have CCO account, you can download Nexus 1000V (eval license included).
There is also the Partner Education Connection. If you work for cisco partner then there are video recordings, tech presentations and live labs to leverage. All of that is provided at no cost to Cisco Partners. http://www.cisco.com/go/pec
UCS practice can be done by downloading free UCS Platform emulator from http://developer.cisco.com. The UCS PE is an excellent tool and can do just about everything except actually boot from SAN. It runs as a virtual machine under either VMware Workstation or VMPlayer.
For Nexus 1000V, you need two hosts. Cisco C-200 or C-210 server are available on the used market at good prices.
Hope it Helps..

CCNP Data Center (Cisco Certified Network Professional Data Center) is a professional level certification that covers advanced level concepts of unified computing and unified fabric. You can also get customized or fast track Boot Camp training on some particular Cisco Data Center technologies like Nexus and UCS.
