Hi

Which is the containt of this packet?

Is an IOS image? If I have a Catalyst 3750G-12S , Do I need a CD-3750G-EMI to get full IP routing ?

Or maybe if I can download an EMI IOS image from Cisco , I'll get the same features?

CD-3750G-EMI is an IP Services Image upgrade kit for standard versions of the Catalyst 3750G. It provides advanced IP routing features.

You cannot directly upgrade the EMI image downloading it from CCO on a SMI switch. It may bring the whole switch down and may be not usable in future. If you have handy $$$$$$, you can go ahead and update us on that :-))
