Cisco 3850 Switch IOS Upgrade

Hi

I am deploying new Cisco 3850 24P switch. As part of deployment I need to upgrade the switch IOS.

During the upgrade process switch reloaded. After reload I lost access and i have started getting below messages on the console. Can someone tell me how to recover from this.
