The Cisco 829 has an integral 3G/4G Ae, however it can externally remote an Antenna to elevate above obstacles in order to improve signal strength. The coaxial length provided is 15m but ideally this length needs to be extended to as long as practically possible in order for our antenna to reach rooftops in urban areas.
Is there a solution or product that I can utilise in order to remote the 4G-OMNI-ANT-OUT as close to 50m/150ft away from the router? Either 50m coax or intermediate antenna device available?

You may have some success with a low loss 50 Ohm coaxial cable like LMR-400 to extend the antenna to the roof. It should be fairly easy to find from a local cable supplier with pre-terminated ends or you could always get it in spools if you have the tools/skills to terminate the cables yourself.
It should be noted that adding length to the antenna cable will result in a loss of signal so it might be worth testing first to see if the amount of signal loss is acceptable for your requirements.
