Cisco IP Phone 8845 cannot dial above 4 digits

Hello,

I have a deployment with CUCM 11.0 and IP phones: 7811 and 8845 (with device package), with call extensions of 5XXX.

The 7811 phones emit and receive calls without any issues.

The 8845 on the other hand, can receive calls but cannot dial above 4 digits; neither from the keypad nor call history.

Two issues at hand:

1. can someone guide me on how to solve the 8845 to emit calls? (is it a phone firmware issue?)

2. I have configured local End Users on the CUCM but I can't get them to show up on the phone's Corporate Directory after pressing on the contact button on the phone.

Do both phone models use the same Calling Search Space?
