Cisco ISR 4461 Ring Protection

Does the ISR 4461 support Ring Topology and/or REP (Resilient Ethernet Protocol).

I suspect not (but I'm not 100% certain) because the 4461 is a router, and REP is a L2 alternative for STP.

What are the other devices in the "ring". Reason I ask, you can certainly support ring topologies with routing.
