Cisco Prime does not display access points

Hello fellow,

We have a Cisco Prime Infrastructure in version 3.0, when adding my WLCs (different models and versions) it does not display the access points that are associated with them.

Has anyone gone through this, if so what was the solution?

 - Did you enter the WLC's with all credentials in Prime,  including a working snmp community ? Check by for instance removing a WLC , then re-add it but press verify credentials first.

I have the same issue.

We have Cisco Prime Version: 3.9 7 & WLC C9800-40 Version 17.6.2. We see the WLC as fully Synchronized but we don't see the associated APs Model AP2802i-E. Is it related to NETCONF-YANG? We are using AAA new mode and the configuration is as per cisco recommendation. Any idea why Prime wont show the APs?
